After receiving the luggage, I felt somewhat disappointed. It does't look brand new; instead, it appears as if it has been used before or possibly displayed as a showroom item.
1. There are two areas with paint peeling and scratches.
2. All four wheels and the bottom show signs of use and dirt marks.
3. The TSA lock is not a certified standard TSA lock, which is very disappointing.
The suitcase is usable, but it does't meet my expectations.
