Returns
Luggage Outlet Singapore offers a 14-day return policy for local orders. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund for items that are unused and returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
Please note:
• Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to our warehouse.
• International orders are strictly not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
