Payment, Shipping, Exchanges and Returns


Luggage Outlet Singapore accepts all major credit credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, GrabPay, Shopee Pay, ShopBack, local bank transfer and mobile payment methods such as PayNow. All credit card payments are handled securely by Shop Pay platform or PayPal platform (PayPal account is not required for credit card payments). For payment via bank transfer, the necessary details will be sent via email after the order has been placed (Please select 'Bank Deposit' as payment method). 


Luggage Outlet Singapore is committed to delivering your orders to you as quickly and as safely as possible. We use Qxpress, a reliable local courier service that provides tracking information. On weekdays, we dispatch all orders received by 10pm to Qxpress the next day. Weekend orders received by Sunday 10pm will be dispatched by following Monday.

Qxpress typically takes another 1-2 days to deliver the orders. While we will communicate any request for a preferred delivery timing to Qxpress, we seek your understanding that it's fully dependent on our delivery partner's delivery schedule. Should no one be home to receive the delivery, do be assured that Qxpress will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

Luggage Outlet Singapore checks through every single item carefully before dispatch. We are very sorry if there was a slip and you received a defective luggage before use.

However, we will not be responsible for damages resulting from use or negligence during handling at ports of travel or immigrations. There will also be no exchange of goods for used items.


Luggage Outlet Singapore has a 14-day return policy. We are happy to offer a full refund for your unused item in the original condition and packaging, backed by a proof of purchase. Unfortunately, shipping charges (from $4 onwards, depending on size of parcel) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. You will also be responsible for sending the item back to our warehouse.
