  1. Set to current combination (or 000 if new)
  2. Push the reset button with a pen (small hole on side/bottom)
  3. While the button is depressed, set your new 3-digit code
  4. Pull the latch, the button pops — new code is saved
  5. Test 3 times before locking your luggage

Broken Luggage Wheel — How to Fix

  • Spinner wheel loose: Tighten the hex bolt at the base with an Allen key
  • Wheel won't spin: Remove hair/debris wrapped around the axle
  • Wheel broken off: Replacement wheels available at our showroom
  • Cracked housing: The entire caster needs replacing

Airline Damaged Your Luggage? How to Claim

  1. Report damage IMMEDIATELY at the airline baggage counter (before leaving airport)
  2. Get a PIR (Property Irregularity Report) — this is your claim document
  3. Take photos of all damage + your luggage tag
  4. File a formal claim within 7 days (21 days for delayed bags)
  5. Airlines typically cover repair or replacement up to ~USD $1,500

Luggage Zipper Stuck — Quick Fixes

  • Fabric caught: Gently pull fabric away while slowly moving the zipper back
  • Zipper won't close: Run a candle (wax) along both sides as lubricant
  • Slider loose: Gently squeeze the slider with pliers to tighten
  • Teeth misaligned: Use a fork to realign the teeth, then re-zip slowly
