Wanna first start off by commending the staff. Team was highly responsive and swift in their service, which I appreciated.
However, I quite honestly regret purchasing this luggage. The only reason I chose Luggage Outlet out of other brands was because of the promised 2-3 day delivery time as I needed the luggage by the next week. However, this promise was unfortunately not met which led to quite a bit of stress and frustration on my part.
I must commend the Luggage Outlet team - they dispatched my item without any delay and were always polite and responsive to emails, but it is unfortunate that their choice of courier was unreliable. I unfortunately do not think that 11/11 is a good excuse given that this is an annual, foreseen event that the courier could have and should have prepared for to meet their agreed delivery timeline. In fact, other couriers have been able to meet their delivery timelines during this period. That said, am thankful and appreciate that the team was very helpful and flexible and allowed me to do a self collection in the end.
Just want to reiterate again that service on part of luggage outlet team themselves is great, and lugagge itself is great too. Lightweight and I like the structure inside. Probably a great buy if your purchase isn’t time sensitive.
Personally, I unfortunately would not be a return buyer for as long as qexpress remains the courier
